Is this a certification program?

No — the mastermind is a professional accelerator, not a certification. However, participation may count toward Continuing Matchmaker Education (CME) credits required to maintain LPMA Certification.

How is this different from other group calls or coaching?

Unlike generic coaching or open calls, this mastermind combines expert-led instruction with small-group accountability and admission with no market overlap. You’re not just listening in—you’re actively engaged and supported in applying what you learn.

What are the business implementation tasks (aka homework)?

These aren’t busywork or academic exercises. Each task is designed to move your business forward, whether that’s refining your pricing, creating proposals, or setting up systems. You leave each session with actionable steps that directly strengthen your company.

How much time will I need to commit?

Plan for 3–5 hours per week, including the biweekly live session, homework assignments, and implementation in your business.

What happens if I miss a session?

All sessions are recorded and available in the GRGL student portal, allowing you to catch up at your own pace.

What if another matchmaker from my market applies?

To protect your market position, we only accept one matchmaker per geographic market into each mastermind cohort.
