Terms of Use for Love Pro Mastermind Academy

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Love Pro Mastermind Academy ("we," "our," or "us"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our website, online platforms, and mastermind programs. You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms when accessing or using our services. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using our services immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

• At least 18 years old.
• Fully capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Enrolled as a participant in one of our programs, if applicable, or have legitimate access granted by us to use any restricted content, courses, or services.

3. Access to Services

We offer a variety of programs, courses, and resources to help matchmakers and aspiring business owners. Your access to these services depends on the specific package or program you have purchased or enrolled in. All-access is subject to the following conditions:

• Account Creation: When registering for our services, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• Content Access: Access to specific content, tools, or resources may be limited to paid members or specific program participants. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or content with non-participants is strictly prohibited.

4. Program Participation

By enrolling in our mastermind programs or any other services, you agree to:

• Full Participation: You commit to participating in the scheduled sessions, completing assigned tasks, and engaging with the content and group activities as outlined in the agreement you signed upon joining ​(Love Pro Mastermind Academy Agreement).
• Compliance with Guidelines: You must comply with the group's rules and policies and respect confidentiality within the mastermind program, as outlined in the confidentiality clause in your agreement​​(Love Pro Mastermind Academy Agreement).
• Responsibility for Results: We provide guidance, structure, and content, but you are ultimately responsible for your results. Success in our programs depends on your efforts and engagement.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Violate Laws: Use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
• Infringe on Rights: Use our services to infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
• Disrupt Services: Engage in activities that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the proper functioning of our website or services.
• Share Proprietary Content: Reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of our proprietary content, tools, or training materials without express written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided through Love Pro Mastermind Academy, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, logos, graphics, and software, are the intellectual property of Love Pro Mastermind Academy. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal or business use as specified in your program agreement.

• No Reproduction or Redistribution: You may not copy, distribute, or publicly display our materials without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may terminate your access to our services and legal action.

7. Payments and Refunds

• Payments: Payment for services is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate contract or payment plan.
• Refunds: Our programs, including the six-month mastermind program, do not offer refunds once access to materials and coaching has been granted, as outlined in your contract​ ​(Love Pro Mastermind Academy Agreement).

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or any other policies related to our services.

• Termination for Cause: If you violate the code of conduct, confidentiality agreement, or other terms of your participation, we may terminate your access immediately without a refund.
• Termination by You: You may cancel your account anytime; however, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the program unless explicitly stated otherwise in your program contract.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We strive to provide the highest quality content and coaching services. However, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through our services. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

• No Guarantee of Results: While we provide guidance and support, we do not guarantee any specific results from participating in our programs. Success depends on many factors, including your own efforts and engagement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Pro Mastermind Academy, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

• Cap on Damages: Our liability to you for any damages related to your use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New Jersey.
